Default stacking insigneas

I was wondering if anyone could help me to find out if i can put a blessed insignea on each armor piece if they stack? I cant seem to find a clear answer if they stack or if i only get bonus from one of them.

What placebo said. +armor bonuses apply to that peice of armor. Whenever an arrow/sword/projectile spell etc hits you, it strikes a specific location on your body so that hit will only be reduced by the insignas at that location.

1/8th your feet, 1/8th your head, 1/8 your gloves, 2/8ths your legs, and 3/8ths your chest
^ is the %s of where you get hit
